I am sorry you had to go through that as well, twice. I was completely unprepared because Dad was only 54. I know it is something everybody faces that at some point or another, but that knowledge does not make it hurt any less.

I'm glad to know I am communicating what they are feeling properly. Things like that are sometimes so hard to put into words.
